Certifying your identification
Identification documents with a photo image need to be certified as true copies that represent a true likeness of the individual by an authorised person. Residential address documents or documents that do not have a photo image must also need to be certified as true copies by an authorised person. Alternatively, talk to an ANZ staff member or an ANZ Investments approved financial adviser can verify your identification and address.
Please note that without acceptable proof of identity and residential address, you will be unable to make a withdrawal from your account.

Statutory declaration requirements
In certain circumstances, when you make a withdrawal from your KiwiSaver account you will be required to complete a statutory declaration.
You will need to complete and sign the statutory declaration in the presence of an authorised person who will be your witness.
